The good news is that 80% of Germans did not vote for the far right. The AfD got 20% but the two main parties have enough votes between them to form a government, so the Nazis will be kept to the sidelines, again.
Just about all the areas which voted AfD are in the old East Germany. I don't know what that tells us, but it's notable.
