We were supposed to have a new whirlpool refrigerator delivered tonight at 540. At 620, received an automated call that they were on the way. By 715, no one showed up, so I tried calling customer service. They closed at 6 (and don't open again until Monday). It's now 10, no one has called to cancel or reschedule the delivery. Good customer service is a thing of the past. I used a day of PTO and wasted an hour empyting the old fridge for nothing.
