I imagine Dominion could have demanded such a thing while Fox would have just increased the amount they would pay until Dominion removed that demand.
I for one am surprised Fox didn't settle much earlier given the embarrassment they've already suffered. But also disappointed that Dominion didn’t force some kind of on-air corrections.
