I’m trying something new that’s in between a digital detox and normal iPhone life: an ePaper Android phone for the necessities.

No social media, videos, nor distractions. But still: alarms, chats, agenda, reminder and notes.

And my iPhone will be treated as “work only” device😇

Nostr may be a solution to the “digital attention grabbers” but I think there’s something more that can help. 🙂
