I just learned some horrific and disgusting practices that the Campbell River RCMP are up to, anecdotally, which is refusing to administer naloxone to anyone overdosing, if they've given them naloxone very recently. Convenient that this story involves an underage indigenous girl being exploited on the streets. This is family of a coworker, so I won't give anything identifying without permission, but holy fuck I couldn't believe this when I heard it.
