Good bye, dear soul. He came to us just months ago. Diagnosed with feline AIDS, he rapidly sickened. Today we put him to sleep.
Earlier this summer, I woke to find two kittens on the front sidewalk, Styx laying proudly behind them. One had just passed but the other was spunky. He brought them to us because he knew we would help.
Styx was a good boy, gentle, handsome, and a good father. Too good for this plane.
