I made another sandwich for lunch before work today, and I'm still thinking about the original version. Seemed to hit a little differently than the leftover version.
Cooked the brisket tell it fell apart, there is a red dragon cheese on it, which has mustard seed in it kind of close to a cheddar but more creamy. That roasted red pepper sauce that I made is there with red onions I pckled, some lettuce, and a homemade mayo. On my sourdough.
