Introduction: These terms and conditions govern your use of the Amethyst decentralized social network app (the "App"). Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Nostr makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App or any content or information provided through the App. Nostr will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Nostr, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these terms and conditions.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the App is operated.
