Point is that bitcoin is a law grey zone, and satoshi disappeared for good. So as soon the real satoshi does not show up and bitcoin does not fire him, he will remain satoshi until proved otherwise fir the law.
From that assumption he basically can do whatever he wants in this blackhole for years...
