I read recently about an idea to bring back wartime 'British restaurants'.
I'd love to see the Welsh political parties consider this for #Senedd manifestos.
Imagine in every town a warm place to get a very cheap, nutritious meal. Menus designed to be healthy, low waste & low carbon. Ethical, seasonal & local ingredients. Supporting a Welsh food culture. Creating jobs, improving wellbeing and reducing poverty. Lower burden on NHS.
Or is this pie in the sky?
