Most sleep deprived parents are sleep deprived because of the no cosleeping meme.
I cosleep with both my children.
One is 2-years-old and the other is 6-months-old. I have never missed a night's sleep. Even in the newborn stage. Babies just want to cuddle and breastfeed on demand.
My kids sleep for about 12 hours every night.
