y pound puppy, a refugee from Hurricane Harvey in Austin, TX, the day I brought him home, somewhat disheveled, in 2017...and dirty and stinky! He was a highly reactive dog barking at all big dogs and passerby. He now is mostly mellow and stops yelling at the neighbors when I tell him to hush up. The veterinarians and vet techs love him. Tempus fugit.
