Red chili in the pan, bit of oil, onion. cloves of garlic. Add the cut up bell peppers, fry away, add some broccoli, black pepper. When everything is nice and soft, add the tiny tomatoes whole snd the big tomatoes diced, simmer away. Add some olive oil, salt. Add some kapers at the end and simmer a bit.
