I posted a note about this earlier. I guess sometimes people don’t realise they’re following a bot. What if apps had an option for auto-unfollowing an npub if they sent the same message to more than [n] accounts or [n] times to the same account? Maybe an option to choose how much of the spam message needs to be identical to qualify. Maybe it’s a bit too much of a brute-force option though and wouldn’t work for randomly-generated spam, I guess.
