Apple considers note zaps to be equivalent to purchasing digital content subject to their “Apple tax” for in-app purchases. Primal offers the option of in-app purchase of sats for zaps (at a premium, I assume to offset that Apple tax), and Primal iOS is limited to only using the built in wallet for sending zaps. So far this seems to have satisfied Apple’s policies. 🤷♂️
