Are wheelie bin cleaners a thing where you live?
Round here we have not one but two companies, competing with each other, who follow the bin lorries around in a van and after your bin's been emptied they'll sluice it out with a jet wash (for a small fee, of course).
When I lived down in That London I'd never heard of such a thing, but maybe I just lived a sheltered life.
