It's a summary of James Burnham's political writings from the 40s on, Francis devotes about 20 pages for each book, you especially need to read The Machiavellians.
The main problem with your theology is that it assumes you don't live in an oligarchy (IOW it's democracy normative).
You do. You always have. It's not even local to the United States.
