I loathe the systematic IP theft and the LLM hysteria. I did see a ML-powered breast cancer screening revolution the other day, detecting cancer 5 years in advance!
made me think what others have been saying for years:
we should invest in machines that do what machines are better at than humans: consistency, algorithmic processing, large data correlation
and not what humans do better than machines: the arts, all creative acts, and every activity that bestows joy upon the person doing it
