LVL 32 with max charisma, max intelligence, lvl 2 Idiot Savant, lv 3 gun nut, lvl 3 scrounge and master safe cracking, I have become an unstoppable killing machine in the Commonwealth. Perhaps the most lopsided character build yet. You can tell the ai in the game isn’t very good because the enemies don’t run for their lives when they see me. Have a fully modded .50cal sniper and .45 Spray & Pray and leave barely recognizable chunks of bodies in my wake. And I still haven’t gone for Kellogg yet.
