We have so much spent coffee grounds here and there is no mushroom industry. I'm a member of a community garden here and the only one interested in the various mushrooms that crop up from time to time. We had many winecaps last year and I enjoyed them. Then a bunch of large puffballs which were very bland as they are supposed to be. So its natural for me to check out coffee grounds and mushrooms.
