"content": "Yeah if there's a reset controller that does \"USB-C 3A or not 3A\", that'd be ideal. It's not much circuitry, but just enough to be annoying to do by hand.\n\nThat plus a current limiter on the controller power rail, you'd have a system that draws ~0 until the reset controller is happy, then CPU/FPGA boot up, and at some point one of them brings the current limiter out of shutdown to bring up the ports as well, and voila",
