I biked into work this morning. A good hour and a bit on the #ebike -- it wasn't hard but it was nice to get the blood pumping and get some fresh air.

I took a route that brought me down the national mall in DC, where I stopped for a second to watch the sun come up behind the Washington Monument from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. While I didn't think to take a picture, it was nice to remember that this city is beautiful even if the politics is not.
