Tricky, especially in the dark. Japanese cars frequently stump me with this! (Driving a press car.) On the rare times I drive them, Iʼm at the petrol station for ages, and in the old days when they were staffed, the attendants never knew either! Weʼd be going round the car figuring it out. On the other hand, I know how to own the bonnet on a #Mitsubishi RVR, ASX, or Outlander Sport now.
