The transactions are marked ‘anyone can spend’ but this is a fiction. The drivechains protocol requires that only certain people spend these transactions when certain events occur.
The miners must coordinate to defend against “inappropriate” spends (where a noncompliant actor attempts to spend the ‘anyone can spend’ transaction).
That would mean the drivechains system hinges on miners holding a sufficient supermajority and therefore being able to prevent spends of valid ‘anyone can spend’ transactions.
Did I understand that correctly?
