I had a treadmill years ago, bought it shortly before my 40th birthday, but ruined it during the first COVID lockdown (repair was not possible). It’s a great alternative for those winter morning runs where I have to plough through 25 centimeters of snow. But apart from that I‘m far too addicted to that rush of fresh air that comes with an outdoor run.
By the way: Your new shoes will probably make you too tall for your door. Keep your head low to avoid injury… 😜
