My app says you already have a wallet, but it can't decrypt it using whatever extension you're currently trying with. I use Alby too and it works fine for me. Try clicking on the Alby extension when you're on the WesternBTC site, and clicking the dials button. Make sure you have DECRYPT enabled. If you don't believe you have any funds in your wallet, you can try clicking the "Create New Nostr Wallet" like you posted above, which will delete any old wallet stuff (obviously this is dangerous).
