if you want to jq-golf i guess something like might work:
jq 'map({id, name: .user.name, username: (.user | "@\(.username)@\(.host // "transfem.social")"), text})'

but note that // is a bit tricky for null and false, and i also prefer [.[] | ...] over map sometimes
