Christianity doesn't need to square up to the secularists. Sound science is an oxymoron, the scientific method was abandoned in favor of paradigms and acceptable replacements, because everything devolves back into the issue of origination requiring intelligent input. No "field" has fucked up more than science, it's nothing more than a paper mill for grant funding. Engineering at least has real world output and the greatest engineers were either non-secular or at least recognized input of greater intelligence into systems.
