I was quizzing my bartender last night about white wine—about which I know NOTHING—and she said whites aren’t generally popular but Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio is in constant demand. Favorite bartender at another high-end restaurant recommended MacRostie Chardonnay 2021. Both very affordable.
