I thought you were talking about the tamper evident bag that the ColdCard comes in. 😂
Not sure that ENTIRELY solves the issue, though. Assuming you intend to occasionally access the device to transact, you will likely be keeping a supply of new tamper-evident bags somewhere to place the device into again after opening the previous bag to use it. If the "evil maid" knows where you keep these bags, they can simply put the device into a fresh bag after swapping the firmware. Would need some control on your supply of replacement bags.
