Couldn't say for sure but in snort/nostrgram can play with the relay settings to see if you can get a better feed. Nostrgram only reads from paid relays I think but you can write to any relay you choose. Snort, I think allows you to choose from any relay to write/read and also you can select the read relays if you choose to put your battle fatigue on and head into Global.😊
