"content": "13) Checked bias and soldered FETs and feedback resistors\n\nFirst I familiarized myself with the bias circuit. The pot adjusts the gate bias between 0 and 4.8 volts. Clockwise = increase bias. The pot also had stops at min and max, unlike what I've seen on others' videos.\n\nThen I added the insulating pads and screwed the FETs in place. With everything at the right spot I soldered the FETs and the feedback resistors.\n\nThe amp should be ready for testing now, so this concludes this build thread! I'll start a new test thread next evening when I work on this, and probably more ones later for an enclosure and a LPF.\n\nThank you all for your encouragement and interest in this project!
