The tenant pushed me to start the project iwthout a permit, then called the city and put the burden of permitting on me.
Jokes on them because now, legally, they are losing 20k per month and can't open their store until the permit is closed and guess who owns the permit - me.
So, i'm going to finish the building inspectors bullshit next week and just sit until they are sick of losing money and pay me for my time. Our contract never included permitting.
