I don’t concede he broke the law. Innocent until proven guilty.

It absolutely will get tried, but not him personally, like the 20 or so cases currently at the supreme courts level right now (even though he is in control of the DoJ).

They have already ruled that he can’t be personally punished for official acts.

You seem like a reasonable person. It seems a disingenuous take that :
1. We all know he’s guilty
2. If the court says so, then “see!”
3. If the court says no, then “because he controls the DoJ”

There has to be a path to, “the take that he violated the law is just wrong”

To me that path is the Supreme Court ruling exonerating him.
