Idea: a nostr relay that pays you for unencrypted notes and you pay it for encrypted notes.
If you post 100 unencrypted notes and 80 encrypted ones, you get paid 20 sats.
Theory: Relays are essentially creating their own treasure trove of information that is inherently valuable. The only notes that don’t increase the relay’s value are the encrypted ones.
