Praying so much for the people in the southeast 💜
I cannot imagine what they are going through, or the long road they have ahead to rebuild their lives.
Donating at least helps me feel like I am doing something small.. and I remind myself another thing I can do is stay in deep gratitude for what I have.

I realized once that it doesn’t help people who are suffering if I suffer on their behalf.
When I’m struggling, the last thing I want is for others to suffer for me.
I want them to enjoy their precious moments while they have them.

It’s all a pendulum and although it seems out of balance at times, there is a bigger balance always happening…
connecting to that helps me find the space to stay present and in gratitude 🙏

And, I will keep praying and donating 💜
