Just tried one of these new Cosmic Crisp apples. 7/10.
Crisp, with an *extremely* good "snap" to the bite. Moderately sweet, a bit tart.
But not a lot of actual flavor? Not as satisfying as an Ashmead's Kernel or an Albemarle Pippin.
