I mean I think this is why so many of you lose your shit on me when I say "they're fascists."
It's because a lot of you seem to think fascism is about ideology and what's in your heart. After having spent half my life studying fascism I disagree, strongly.
Fascism is about power, not intent. Fascists are people who do fascism. It doesn't matter what they tell themselves about WHY they do fascism; nobody is the villain in their own story.
