Been spending a lot less time on Mastodon of recent - posting less and reading less. And even though I don't find this site as toxic as any of the other ones, it's been good for me. Turns out that even when I wasn't doomscrolling - Trump, Trump, Musk, Trump - I was using too much latent brainpower crafting my next post.
I'll stick to boring my family with my mundane observations for now.
