In order to do that the signers will have to see some reliable evidence that such a person is actually whom they pretend to be. In the case of a platform like Ditto that should be easy if you can just trust the Ditto-like server (and also safe because the owner of the Ditto server can't fake it without being caught -- because the signers will only do it once so if the server owner fake it and steal the key then the actual user will know that as soon as they try to request their key for themselves).

But another interesting idea is to do this:

Do I get it right that #FROST bunkers allow you to:
- spin up an nsec that you never see
- split it over three bunkers
- start mirroring content from any content creator that isn't on Nostr yet
- invite them to take over that nsec you never even saw

The only problem with that is defining how these signers will determine if the person is who they're saying they are, but I think we can just use some common sense.
