Never had a toxic player like this in my groups, especially in Deep Dungeons. Tank was focused on efficiency, pulled everything that could be pulled (in a darn Deep Dungeon with traps), died frequently, but then blames others for seemingly not doing Deep Dungeons often. We mentioned earlier that some were doing it for the first time or needed a refresher because they hadn't been in there for a long time. The three of us were relieved when he left in the end.
