My bare metal is PI4 but prices are aligned now, for the next, I would rather go for Pi5 8GB (max amount). Storage, of course, must be PCIe-SSD (hat) or straight USB3-SSD. Easy.
Only cons, is you don't have any nvidia GPU. So, Jellyfin it's slow at transcoding. Well you can go out for a beer or sleep more, then! XD
