I just heard a podcast where the guy who works in Dubai says that all the firefighters, police, etc., are tracked by KPIs.
Wouldn't it be great if our government tracked its own KPIs?
Imagine the FBI reporting the total crimes in the US divided by the number of FBI agents and budget? It would make it easy to see if they're doing their job well
