I've avoided using the words good or bad for about 15 years, because they were so subjective & simplistic.
I still use them occasionally when something is less subjective but the words are flags for me. When someone says something is bad, I immediately look for the good.
Contrast is useful as it shows us more clearly what it is that we prefer.
I think a large part of our 3D experience is to discover or remember what it is that we prefer. Maybe this is why our minds so quickly reduce everything to a duality.
