Yes, but aside from that we have relay hints in tags, the contact list with relay information in it, NIP-19 nprofile codes that include relay URLs for a given profile, NIP-05 relay auxiliary data. So there are multiple ways of discovering where someone is publishing their stuff. However no clients are doing anything with that data today, aside from
