I was doing work for a retail store and I gave them options: 1: you pay for permits and i complete the work and charge you nothing. 2: we negotiate at the end.

Well they chose option 1 so I had to fork over literally 10k (which was more money than i had obviously) but now the permit is issued in my name. So once work is complete im going to bill them double what they owed me, and refuse to close the permit until they pay.

Basically i chose legal leverage over my own sanity

Anyway once they cave im reorder a fat gpu.
