I seem to be having some of the post-covid palpitations, nausea, dizzyness and GI issues again. My heartrate is waking me up at night again too.

Pretty tired of this at this point, must admit.

Might be I walked and did too much in the last few days.

Or might be there is nothing I could have done or not done to avoid this.

Either way, I hate it.
