"content": "the worst bits? the boiler-plate cheery responses from biz owners when a reviewer says the nominal-nice things. I guess that's meant to \"look responsive\" but it almost never does, just seems like \"biz task checklist chore\"... for me, lowers their overall trustable vibe...\n\nmaybe we'd get better, more focused and maybe-even more honest reviews if review sites offered a set of \"std\" questions (the choice of which subset to answer is left up to the reviewer), so that reviewers might \"be guided\" to offer helpful biz-eval details and less \"personal venting about a one-off glitch\"... and yes, \"std questions\" but no to pre-formed answers. the review magic I'm seeking is not multiple-choice canned answers, I want insights!\n\nkey Qs: \"did you leave happy?\" and \"would you go back again?\"",
