For over 20 years I've been using the same pickup. It's hauled countless hay bales down countless miles of farm tracks and dirt roads. Many trips full of rock, way beyond the stated load limit. It's been beat, ridden hard, and treated like a work truck. It's got 2wd and a V6. It was cheap. It's not a daily driver. It's not a car. You can't buy an equivalent truck any longer. The Blue Book says it's worthless. I spend what I have to to preserve it.
