Last several evenings when I come outside there’s been a feisty humming bird dive bombing the trumpet flowers along the fence.
I’ve been turning everything into a mindfulness practice. Sitting while the sun sets, listening to leaves rustle, feeling the breeze, smelling dinner, seeing all the colors & watching birds & people, tasting my lemon water….
